Ere Perez is an affordable range of natural cosmetics, using minerals, and plant extracts such as rice, beetroot and chamomile - a classically beautiful, naturally enriched and practical make-up.

The founder, Ere Perez, was born in Mexico, where her family has worked in natural therapies for generations. She began by creating a Natural Almond Oil Mascara, which was a huge hit with Australian beauty editors and is still one of their best-selling products.

"My plan was to create a natural make-up range because I simply couldn't find one.

I always had the idea that I needed mascara that could nourish my eye lashes in the same way as a good shampoo keeps my hair healthy.

After two years of research I finally put together my first Natural Almond Oil Mascara.

In June 2004 I introduced my mascara to a couple of stores in Bondi beach. Then I began looking for more retailers one by one, literally pounding the streets in my high heels! Towards the end of our first year my Natural Almond Oil Mascara was being retailed all over Australia."
