Within Australia delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.90, but is FREE for all orders over $100.
When?
Your orders are always processed and shipped as fast as possible. It is the number one priority every day. Over 90% of orders are dispatched on the same working day they are received, using Express Post** - so they'll be in your hands as soon as possible!
A rough guide to delivery times:
• Almost everywhere across Victoria, Australia - 1 working day
• Most major cities in Australia - 1 working day
• Towns outside of major cities in states other than Victoria - 2 to 3 working days
• Remote locations - 5 or more working days
If your order is received before 3pm on a business day, assuming all items in your order are in stock, and payment received in full, it will be dispatched that afternoon. (This is not a guarantee however in the event of an unexpected delay.)
If you spend most of your weekdays at work, it could be more convenient to use your work address for delivery. If no-one is home when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will either leave your parcel in a safe place, or leave a card for you to pick up from your local post office.

**For delivery of any order containing sugar-cane ethanol perfumes, the parcel cannot be sent by Express Post, and will instead be delivered using Registered Post. For most customers this will only extend the delivery time by 1 to 2 days. Please note ethanol based perfume cannot be delivered outside Australia.

'New Order' - this order has been received but processing has not begun
'In Progress' - your order is being processed
'Ready to Ship' - your order is ready and waiting to be dispatched
'Shipped' - your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a URL and a Tracking Number which you can use to track your parcel.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Where?
We can reliably deliver to New Zealand, Asia Pacific region, USA, Canada, Europe and the UK.
Orders from countries where the reliability of the local postal service is in question, whether this be due to conflict, natural disaster, or remoteness, will be assessed in consultation with Australia Post. If your order is deemed unlikely to arrive at your destination, it will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund. If you are in doubt about your country's postal service, you can email and we'll check in advance.
Please note ethanol based perfume cannot be delivered outside Australia. Please check the ingredients listed before purchasing a perfume.
How much?
Delivery is charged based on the weight and destination of your order. For estimated delivery costs, please click the shopping cart box on the top right of your screen (you need to add an item to your cart first), then use the shipping calculator under the cart contents. NOTE: A new online shipping calculator for international orders is currently being implemented. Please email if you experience any problems.
