To clean your Kabuki brush:
Dampen the bristles with some warm water. Pour a little natural shampoo or body wash into your hand and gently press the kabuki back and forth to create a lather. Once that has penetrated the bristles rinse with warm water. The water should run clear when all the product has been removed. Shape the bristles and lay flat on a towel to dry over night. Do not sit the brush up as the water, over time, will erode the glue that hold the bristles in place. Clean make-up brushes mean a better application so make sure to clean them regularly. Dirty brushes can encourage blemishes.
